Companies to strategically collaborate to offer customers enhanced and differentiated integrated solutions

At the recent Mobile World Congress, Barcelona—Cisco and the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) announced the signing of a joint Marketing and Sales Agreement to offer customers a differentiated set of integrated solutions that will deliver enhanced services.

“This joint Marketing and Sales agreement is yet another milestone in what has become a very successful collaboration between our two companies and we look forward to continuing to work closely with Cisco to help shape the future for our existing and potential new customers and partners.” said Eng. Abdulaziz Alsugair Chairman, STC.

Speaking on the collaboration, Mr. John Chambers, Chairman and CEO, Cisco said “Over the next ten years, a major opportunity will be for companies to evolve their organizations as we enter the era of the ‘Internet of Everything’. Cisco is proud to be strategically collaborating with STC as they embark on this journey”

The agreement will cover five key focus areas to achieve joint growth and differentiation in the Saudi marketplace comprising Mega projects around Smart and Connected Cities (S+CC); Enterprise & Public Sector; Small and Medium Business; Cloud Services and an Innovation Hub to spearhead the latest technologies.
