Ashish Panjabi, Chief Operating Officer, Jacky’s Business Solutions explains to GEC Media Group’s Editor, Arun Shankar that the applications of robots are changing. They can now be used for brand activation and sampling, large scale sanitation and cleaning services, and have helped to create the concept of robot as a service. The question to be asked is what do you want to do with robots and how much more efficient are robots.
