Bin Farooq PGE Innovations unveiled “Loud steps” which is World’s First Indoor Navigation for Visually Impaired in UAE in support with Rashid Centre for Disabled People.
H.H. Sheikh Juma Bin Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum inaugurated and launched world’s first Indoor Navigation Solution for Visually Impaired People at Rashid Centre for Disabled People, in Dubai.

‘Loud Steps’ is a collective effort by Mr Sarper Silaoglu, CEO of Boni and Mr. Hardik Soni, Co-founded & CTO of Bin Farooq PGE Innovations. This application aims at making life for visually impaired simpler, in a way where they can reach their desired destination particularly in an unknown indoor environment using specially designed BFPGE’ network devices and wireless signal.

A special voice over feature guides the visually impaired to their desired location step-by-step. User chooses a destination such as a specific place, the prayer room, the elevator or even the customer support kiosk, etc. Following the choice, consequently, the Loud Steps application allows the visually impaired to move freely and consciously indoors, as well as helping them save time.
At the moment, “Loud Steps” Innovative App is used in associations of Visually Impaired in UAE, Spain, USA, India, UK, Germany and Turkey.
Various organizations and charities are adopting this technology and conducting researches to support and improve this application.
