Our vision at Servhub is to build a managed living platform for workforce accommodation bringing together operational expertise and technology-driven solutions. The aim is to improve workforce communities’ management and deliver well-maintained living environments that is safe and efficient.
We currently operate in the UAE but the long-term goal is to expand our footprint into other high-growth markets. As founder, my role is to define strategic direction, build partnerships with asset owners and employers, and drive innovation in the sector by integrating technology solutions such as Aemaco for energy management and our partnership with Ozai for digital accommodation management.
From a leadership perspective, technology is a strategic enabler for transparency, efficiency, scalability.

Servhub provides integrated workforce accommodation and asset management services. Our key offerings include staff and labour accommodation, facilities and occupancy management, operational reporting along with tenant sourcing.
We work closely with property owners and employers to ensure workforce housing operates efficiently and meets regulatory and welfare standards. While our operations are currently active in the UAE, Servhub aims to expand its managed accommodation platform to other markets where large workforce communities support infrastructure and industrial growth.
What are the expectations of your end customers that you are fulfilling?
Our customers look for safe living environments that are efficient in facility management, cost optimised with transparent operations. They expect accommodation solutions that are compliant, reliable and well-managed.
Servhub fulfils these expectations by offering structured management systems that ensure accommodations run efficiently. Our customer approach is to provide both asset owners and employers with accommodations that are scalable and compliant as workforce requirements evolve.
Innovation enables us to build a scalable and sustainable managed living platform.
Describe the significance of innovation and transformation for your enterprise?
Innovation is essential to transforming the workforce accommodation sector, which has traditionally been managed through fragmented and manual systems.
At Servhub, we aim to modernise this sector by introducing structured asset management, technology-driven operations, and data-based decision making. By improving how these assets are managed, we create better living environments for residents, improve operational efficiency for employers, and enhance long-term value for property owners. Innovation enables us to build a scalable and sustainable managed living platform.

How do you view the role of technology from a leadership perspective?
From a leadership perspective, technology is a strategic enabler for transparency, efficiency, and scalability. It allows us to make better decisions, standardise operations, and manage multiple facilities effectively.
At Servhub, we are integrating technology into our operating model through solutions such as Aemaco, our energy management platform that optimises energy consumption, and our partnership with Ozai, a worker accommodation management platform that digitises tenant and operational management. These tools help us build a more efficient and future-ready accommodation management platform.
Accommodation facilities need technology to improve operational efficiency and ensure excellent service quality. An example here is how our Aemaco energy management solution helps optimise energy usage in the facilities while reducing operational costs.
Our partnership with Ozai enables digital management of workforce accommodation, including tenant administration and reporting. Together, these tools support a data-driven and transparent management approach.
The implementation of digital systems in housing facilities can enable operators monitor and track maintenance, manage occupancy, and adhere to regulatory standards.
Technology is also important for supporting Servhub’s long-term scalability and sustainability. As the scale of workforce accommodation grows, manual management becomes inefficient.
Digital platforms help streamline our operations by standardising processes, automating routine tasks, and ensuring consistent service standards across different facilities. By integrating solutions such as Aemaco for energy efficiency and Ozai for accommodation management, Servhub is developing a more technology-enabled operating model.
This approach helps improve asset performance, increases transparency in day-to-day management, and supports the company’s plans to expand into new markets in the future.
How do you see yourself progressing with the enterprise growth roadmap five years from now?
Over the next five years, we aim to grow Servhub into a regional platform for managed workforce accommodation. Our roadmap includes expanding the portfolio of assets under management, strengthening partnerships with property owners and employers, and integrating technology-driven management systems.
By combining operational expertise with digital platforms such as Aemaco and Ozai, we aim to build a scalable, asset-light management model. Our long-term goal is to position Servhub as a trusted regional partner for managed living solutions.
