Unify provided a platform for channel enablement by holding a training and certification workshop through its authorised training partner, Fastlane in Dubai. This event reinforced Unify’s commitment to be the partner of choice in the communications and collaboration industry.
The five-day, hands-on workshop was dedicated to showcasing Unify’s OpenScape Business solution and its functions such as presence, messaging, voicemail, fax, web conferencing, as well as key mobility functionality for the mobile management team. The course content was tailored to provide hands-on experience in installation, start up and upgrading of the system. Another focus was the integration of OpenScape Business Smart Voicemail and UC Smart. On completion of this course, the participant was able to install and start up a system, as well as configure and perform the software update.
