Zebra Technologies will present its latest solution innovations and customer successes at GITEX 2023. Zebra’s solutions support companies looking to modernise their operations and better equip their front-line workers through a “sense, analyse, act” approach, connecting every front-line worker and asset at the edge, making them visible, connected and fully optimised.
“At Gitex, we’ll be showing how Zebra’s portfolio of hardware, software, services and solutions digitise and automate workflows across a range of key industries in the Middle East—manufacturing, retail, transport and logistics (T&L), healthcare and government,” said Hozefa Saylawala, Director, Middle East, Zebra Technologies. “This also includes warehouse and distribution, where Zebra has recently announced that Aramtec, a prominent UAE premium food service distributor, will deploy a Zebra warehouse automation solution to further digitise and enhance its warehouse operations. Through this transformation, Aramtec aims to increase productivity by around 14%.”
At its booth, Zebra will present its latest solutions to boost productivity, service, and safety. The demonstrations include fixed industrial scanning and machine vision solutions, which can inspect production lines and product movement processes to improve quality and compliance in manufacturing, warehousing and logistics environments. Meanwhile, Zebra Aurora™ deep learning optical character recognition is designed to drive efficiency and productivity through advanced character reading out-of-the-box. Zebra will also demonstrate its prescriptive analytics and Workcloud Workforce Optimization Suite software, radio frequency identification (RFID) and warehouse optimisation solutions, which are critical for business operations.
Zebra’s booth demonstrations will be complemented by its portfolio of enterprise mobile computing. Visitors can see the new ET6X rugged tablet equipped with Wi-Fi 6E and 5G connectivity and Qualcomm’s QCS6490 processor fused AI-accelerator architecture, the recently launched TC22 mobile computer aimed at small and medium size businesses previously constrained to use low quality and consumer devices, and the WS50 wearable computer—the world’s smallest all-in-one enterprise-class wearable mobile computer on Android.
Zebra’s regional partners will also be out in force at GITEX. Zebra’s global PartnerConnect ecosystem includes over 10,000 partners in 100+ countries. In the Middle East, around 250 partners serve a broad range of customers with a growing portfolio of solutions across a range of industries (retail, T&L, manufacturing, healthcare, energy) in markets including the Gulf Cooperation Council, Egypt and Levant. Zebra partners joining the stand at GITEX include Ingram Microm, Jarltech Premium Distribution, Bluestar, 42Gears, Altavant, Sygic, Axes Software, eWay, Cleverence, Ivanti Wavelink, Synergia Soft.
As the regional enterprise business model transforms with increasing adoption of digital, the channel is also adapting. Zebra has launched a series of new specialisations within its partner ecosystem, including location and tracking, software-as-a-service, and advanced machine vision. Zebra held a channel partner summit in Oman earlier this year to deepen relationships and equip its partners in the region for the challenges and opportunities they and customers face in driving digital transformation.
Journalists are invited to arrange a visit to the stand to view demonstrations and conduct interviews with Hozefa Saylawala, Director, Middle East, Zebra Technologies, at GITEX, Oct. 16-202023, Booth H5-A20, Dubai World Trade Center, United Arab Emirates.
