The partnership combines AHOY’s proprietary technology with Lumina’s strategic advisory expertise to help governments and enterprises in the EU and GCC transition from legacy systems to secure, localised AI environments.
The partnership bridges AHOY’s proprietary technology stack, engineered for on‑chip, and sovereign Physical AI, with Lumina Partners’ strategic advisory expertise and proven capability to structure and operationalize complex technology partnerships for government and enterprise clients. Together, the two organisations will provide a unified pathway for governments and private enterprises to transition from legacy systems to sovereign AI environments that operate under real‑world latency, compliance, and resilience constraints, without dependency on foreign‑controlled cloud infrastructure.
Shared priorities across the alliance include:
