Catalyst Award is an attempt to recognize the excellent capabilities brought by individuals to organizations. While most awards honor leading organizations, in the process, the chief warriors who make the success a reality miss the spotlight. The first edition of the awards has started a new trend by honoring the best minds, whose skill sets have brought excellent returns to their organizations. The awards were held on 16 March 2015 at The Address Downtown Dubai and organized by one of the fastest growing media houses of the region, Accent Info Media.
