AOC sets out to once again generate some movement in the monitor market with a fresh and competitive monitor line. More than 20 different ultra-slim 70 series models are to follow the product family 50. Available in various sizes, resolutions and equipment variants, the new 70 series offers solid display technologies in an attractive, texturised housing at affordable prices – from entry-level monitors for standard applications to advanced professional models with ultra-high resolutions.

AOC delivers tailor-made display solutions for differing demands. The 70 series widescreen models offer diagonals from 46.9 to 68.6 cm, and resolutions from 1366 x 768 pixels (WXGA) to stunning 2560 x 1440 pixels (WQHD). All models utilise the latest generation of LED backlights in different 16:9 panel types. AOC has kitted out its new 70 series with different connectivity options and other extras. Depending on the individual model, users may expect a wide range of connectors such as DVI-D, HDMI or DisplayPort. Models equipped with speakers and/or jacks for external audio set-ups will also be available. Some monitors will in addition boast an integrated USB hub as well as ergonomic features such as height adjustment, tilt, swivel and pivot (portrait mode) functions for even more convenience.

The new 70 series comes equipped with a set of intelligent software to enhance the user experience, such as i-Menu, which allows the monitor settings to be changed conveniently with the mouse. The e-saver and Eco mode help to further decrease the power consumption of these economical TFTs, which easily fulfill demanding sustainability certificates such as Energy Star 6, TCO 6.0 and EPEAT Silver/Gold. The energy-efficient monitors from the 70 series are easy on the environment as well as on the wallet and come in a classy, no-nonsense design with texturised back.
