UAE facilities management provider Emrill has signed a four-year agreement with Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai. The contract covers comprehensive hard and soft services across the luxury resort’s guest rooms, villas, dining outlets, and leisure facilities. A team of 76 professionals will manage maintenance, housekeeping, and landscaping to ensure operational excellence at the Pearl Jumeirah destination.
Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is a luxury hospitality development offering high-end accommodation, dining and leisure facilities. As part of the contract, Emrill’s scope of work covers all common areas of 117 units, 15 regular villa suites and one VIP suite, as well as the resort’s food and beverage outlets, spa and gym. The agreement also includes the maintenance and management of large landscaped areas, beachfront zones and supporting infrastructure, ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation and operational efficiency across the entire development.
A team of 76 trained facilities management professionals will deliver integrated hard and soft services. Leveraging its operational expertise, robust systems and technology-enabled service delivery, Emrill ensures smooth day-to-day operations.
