This year at GITEX, Riverbed is showcasing one of its biggest innovation cycles in nearly a decade. The focus is on AI-powered AIOps, observability and acceleration solutions that deliver predictive insights, prevent IT issues before they disrupt, and help organisations optimise digital experiences for greater efficiency and resilience.
Riverbed will be demonstrating how enterprises are unlocking measurable value with Riverbed’s AI-powered AIOps, observability and acceleration solutions from reducing costs and consolidating tools, to using AI-driven automation to resolve issues faster.
At the booth, visitors will experience how AI-powered observability goes beyond dashboards, offering predictive capabilities that anticipate IT issues before they occur. Riverbed will highlight real-world use cases where organisations have reduced mean time to repair, automated resolutions, and freed up IT teams to focus on innovation rather than firefighting.
Riverbed’s growth in the region has always been driven by strong partnerships, and this year at GITEX is no different. As a channel-first organisation, Riverbed is committed to ensuring partners can maximise the value of our portfolio for customers across every IT environment.
At the show, Riverbed will collaborate closely with the regional ecosystem, including distributors and partners such as Starlink, Mindware, and Reach Digital.
Ahead of GITEX, Riverbed released the findings of its flagship report on AI adoption. The research reveals that while organisations have nearly doubled their AI investments, from $14.7 million in 2024 to $27 million this year, and 87% say their AIOps ROI has met or exceeded expectations, only one in 10 AI projects have achieved enterprise-wide deployment.
These insights highlight both the progress and the challenges businesses face as they scale AI. At GITEX, Riverbed will be engaging attendees in conversations around these findings, helping them explore practical strategies to accelerate adoption and unlock the full value of AI across their organisations.
