GEC AWARDS 2015- Excellence Felicitated in a Star Studded Evening

Global Enterprise Connect Awards 2015 was superlative in all its aspects as it recognized the potential of the MEA enterprise channels with some debutant categories and competitive winners

The thunderous applause in the Raffles hotel ballroom did not seem to be ceasing as 43 winners took away coveted titles in the IT domain at the GEC Awards 2015. Held on the 15th of October 2015 at the Raffles hotel, Wafi city Dubai, Enterprise Channels MEA, once again took the centre stage and looked back at some of the amazing contributions of the top IT solutions and services’ vendors, distributors, resellers, Sis, SPs and other partners in the region in the past 12 months. Spanning across 43 categories, the awards in its second year, witnessed a superlative growth— with regards to the nominations, participation and the overriding enthusiasm.

After a thorough observation of the market trends over the year, GEC Awards 2015 overhauled some of the categories, and introduced exciting new ones, to make sure the ones who are creating waves in the channel are duly rewarded. Mr. Sanjay Mohapatra, Editor, Enterprise Channels MEA was in his exuberant best as he welcomed the delegates to the star studded evening. “From 21 awards in 2014 to 43 awards in 2015— that itself speaks volumes about the growth that we have seen. The entire Enterprise Channels team would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you present here and also those who couldn’t make it tonight. We still have miles to go and with the support we have been receiving from the industry, I am sure the path is just wonderful.”
