Saudi Arabia to host LEAP fifth edition during Year of Artificial Intelligence

The fifth edition of LEAP returns to Riyadh from 31 August to 3 September 2026. As the world’s most attended technology event, it coincides with Saudi Arabia’s Year of Artificial Intelligence. Following a 2025 edition that secured USD 14.9 billion in deals, the 2026 summit will host over 201,000 visitors and 1,000 speakers, including leaders from AMD, AWS, and Cisco, at the RECC Malham.

The platform has established itself as a launchpad for major announcements and partnerships. In 2025 alone, LEAP secured USD 14.9 billion in deals and announcements, contributing to an economic impact of USD 820 million from Riyadh to the world. As it marks its fifth anniversary, LEAP reflects not only scale, but maturity of influence, serving as a global convening point where technology strategy, policy direction and capital deployment converge in real time

Organised by Tahaluf in partnership with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones, more than 201,000 visitors are expected across four days at RECC Malham, joining over 1,000 speakers, 1,900 investors, 600 startups and 1,800 global technology brands.

LEAP 2026 is structured to support breaking news and meaningful access. Dedicated announcement stages and scheduled release windows are designed to streamline coverage, while facilitated one-to-one interviews provide direct engagement with senior decision-makers. A purpose-built media lounge will host briefings and support on-site filing, enabling accredited journalists to move efficiently between announcements, interviews and live demonstrations.

LEAP offers proximity to the conversations shaping global digital transformation. From artificial intelligence and infrastructure to venture capital, mobility, gaming and digital policy, the programme centers on the sectors driving capital flows and industry change.

Global technology leaders including Dr. Lisa Su (AMD), Jeetu Patel (Cisco), Matt Garman (AWS), Justin Hotard (Nokia), Antonio Neri (HPE) and Tareq Amin (HUMAIN) will take the stage alongside Sir Martin Sorrell and Andrew Feldman of Cerebras Systems. They will be joined by influential figures from global sport and culture including Javier Tebas of La Liga, Mark Bullingham of The English FA, Michael Williamson of Wrexham AFC, Fabrizio Romano and Chunkz alongside institutional leaders from PIF and Morgan Stanley, bringing together a rare concentration of global technology, capital and cultural influence.

Beyond the stage, the exhibition will host industry leaders including Google Cloud, Microsoft, Dell Technologies, Lenovo, Qualcomm, IBM and Adobe, reflecting the depth of enterprise, cloud and infrastructure leadership converging in Riyadh this April.
