Bimser, a global enterprise software provider, announced that Nebras Power Jordan has successfully implemented Bimser QDMS as its integrated management system platform, marking a major milestone in the power producer’s digital transformation journey.

Nebras Power Jordan, an independent power producer supplying more than 20% of Jordan’s electricity demand, had been navigating fragmented documentation workflows and manual processes spanning MOC (Management of Change), HSE follow-up, RCA actions, reporting, and internal communication. Prior to QDMS, key procedures relied on local servers, paper-based flows, and Excel, resulting in better coordination, low traceability, and limited visibility across units.

Why Nebras Power Jordan chose Bimser QDMS

Nebras Power Jordan selected QDMS for its agile, all-in-one architecture capable of meeting complex, customised business requirements. The project benefited from rapid installation, smooth onboarding and close support from Bimser’s expert regional team.

By implementing Bimser QDMS, Nebras Power Jordan has now centralised and digitalised all core management activities within a single integrated platform. The system connects Documentation, HSE reporting, Risk Assessment, MOC, RCA follow-up, and internal audits — delivering faster processes, higher transparency, and a sustainable digital work culture.

With Bimser QDMS, we gained faster and easier access to up-to-date system data,” said Anas Diab, Assets & Performance Manager at Nebras Power Jordan. The digitalisation steps we took streamlined our monitoring and reporting processes, allowing us customer requirements and continuously improve service quality.

Through the implementation of Bimser QDMS, Nebras Power Jordan has fully digitalised its documentation and quality management processes, creating a traceable and efficient system across the organisation. Approval cycles and reporting activities, which once required lengthy manual coordination, are now significantly faster and more consistent. By unifying all modules and departments on a single platform, the company has strengthened collaboration and improved the flow of information between teams. These changes have not only enhanced day-to-day operations but also fostered strong user adoption, helping establish a sustainable digital management culture that will support Nebras Power Jordan’s long-term operational goals.

Murat Atıcı, CEO of Bimser, said: “Our mission is to help organisations worldwide simplify and optimise their operations with innovative, customer-centric technologies. Nebras Power Jordan’s digital transformation journey of strategic partnership we aim to foster in the region. With QDMS, they now have a foundation for stronger governance, operational consistency and sustainable growth.”

Digitisation in utilities sector – industry context

According to McKinsey’s “Playbook for Utilities”, the utilities sector has historically struggled to scale digital pilots despite clear potential. The report outlines how digital transformation, when done strategically, can significantly raise operational performance, improve reliability, safety, and compliance, and ultimately reshape how utilities manage large-scale, asset-intensive operations.

Nebras Power Jordan’s adoption of Bimser QDMS provides a real-world example of a utility successfully moving beyond fragmented and manual processes, aligning with McKinsey’s recommended best-practice of embedding digital across workflows, not just in isolated tools or pilots resulting in measurable improvements in speed, traceability and governance across the organisation.
