New Professional Services from Riverbed to Improve Hybrid IT

New services to help leverage the Riverbed Application Performance Platform for superior visibility, optimization, and control across hybrid IT environments

The nature of today’s hybrid enterprise gives CIOs greater flexibility in terms of hosting applications on-premises or in the cloud and delivering them to employees and customers via private links or, increasingly, the public Internet. At the same time, these hybrid environments are difficult to manage.

In response to these challenges, Riverbed Professional Services has designed three new services to help customers protect, optimize, and maximize the investments they have made in Riverbed Application Performance Platform solutions. These are- Technology Adoption Service -integrates a customer’s technology investment into best practice operational processes, helping the customer measure business value; Optimization Assurance Service for Riverbed SteelHead- Assesses a customer’s SteelHead deployment and recommends changes to maximize the performance of critical applications; and Application Analytics and Diagnostics Service- customers can leverage this new service to continually improve the performance of targeted on-premises, SaaS and cloud applications.
