Paladion has partnered with Noor Bank in implementing a ISO Information Security Management System and the bank has been awarded with ISO certifications for Quality Management ISO 9001:2015 and Information Security Management System ISO 27001:2013.
Chief Technology Officer at Noor Bank, Mr. Padmanabhan S.V said, “Information security is critical to us, as a single security breach can substantially damage our customer confidence as well as our market competitiveness. We are committed to maintain high security levels and integrity of information”.
Noor Bank Technology Management Mr. Fahad Siddiqui and Mr. Khaldoun Al Khalidi also mentioned that adoption of ISO standards demonstrates our commitment to provide outstanding customer experience to clients and assuring them of high quality and security at all touch-points.
