The HPE GreenLake platform can run on-premises, at the edge, or in a colocation facility, and combines the simplicity and agility of the cloud with the governance, compliance, and visibility that comes with hybrid IT.

HPE GreenLake offers a range of cloud services that accelerate innovation, including cloud services for analytics, bare metal, compute, container management, core payment systems, data protection, electronic medical records, 5G, HCI, high performance compute, machine learning operations, networking, risk management, SAP HANA, storage, VDI, and VMs.

HPE continues to focus on its HPE GreenLake consumption-based, as a service model while it drives the evolution of the IT infrastructure market with edge-to-cloud solutions. Goals and strengths With expertise in enterprise government sales and extensive knowledge in private cloud computing, he places a special emphasis on helping HPE’s customers and partners across government bodies and private sector organisations to accelerate their digital transformation and implement tech innovations to achieve great success.

Time off Outside of work, I often go out for fishing in summer, and engage in falconry during the winters. Falconry is deeply rooted in our culture as this sport teaches patience, strength and how to overcome opponents through intelligence.

Alkhallafi is spearheading digital transformation in the UAE, supporting the country’s economic and technological development. He further focuses on strengthening HPE’s work helping the UAE achieve its Emiratisation goals to develop world-leading skills and capabilities in the country’s tech sector.

In addition to this, he works closely with UAE government bodies to help the country realise its goals set out in the National Advanced Sciences Agenda 2031. He reports to Marc Waters, Managing Director for UK, Ireland, Middle East, and Africa at HPE.

An accomplished senior leader, Alkhallafi brings to HPE over 15 years of experience working in the UAE’s technology sector. He joined Emirates Post Group, where he served as a board member in Electronic Document Centre while leading its large enterprise and nationwide government sales strategy and spearheading a major transformation initiative.

Prior to this he helped launch the Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company, where he led Enterprise Government sales and oversaw the design of new products, services, and solutions for private cloud computing.

Alkhallafi has a track record of successful digital transformations, account development, and executive-level experience from some of the UAE’s largest organisations such as Emirates Post Group and Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company.
