Etihad Salam Telecom Company (Salam) and UnifyApps have signed a Memorandum of Understanding at LEAP 2026 to accelerate AI adoption across Saudi Arabia. The partnership combines Salam’s local infrastructure with UnifyApps’ Agentic Automation platform to help government and enterprise sectors streamline workflows, reduce costs, and transition into AI-native organisations.

The collaboration combines Salam’s position as a local enabler with UnifyApps’ specialized Agentic Automation platform technology, creating a powerful offering that addresses the unique needs of Saudi government and enterprise customers seeking to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs through intelligent automation.
