The UAE’s most innovative organisations, led by Aramex along with Mediclinic, AG Melco Elevator Company, The Body Shop, and Truebell, won awards for their digital transformation. SAP Quality Awards recognise the most innovative digital transformation projects delivering significant business benefits to their organisations.

Aramex, a global provider of logistics and transportation solutions, won in the Innovation Cloud award category for using the SAP SuccessFactors talent platform. Aramex increased engagement for over 14,000 employees across more than 50 countries and achieved faster identification of high performers.

  • Mediclinic, the UAE healthcare provider, won in the Innovation Cloud award category for using the SuccessFactors to standardise global talent reporting and self-services for more than 21,000 employees.
  • Truebell, the food distributor, won in the Innovation S4 HANA category for their S4 HANA implementation increasing employee happiness by 40% and customer satisfaction by 70%, and growing revenue by 20%.
  • AG Melco, the elevator manufacturer, won in the Innovation S4 HANA category for its S4 HANA project that accelerated financial reporting from quarterly to monthly, with real-time insights on project-level and unit-level profitability.
  • The Body Shop won in Rapid Delivery category for their S4 HANA project delivering real-time and mobile insights on stock availability and procurement.
