Yes. Definitely, We are on the road map of achieving improved with completely automated digitization in the coming years. We already have the following in place.

  • Implemented some kind of document management system, using a shared drive and a software system.
  • Putting policies and procedures, as well as benefit plan descriptions and other employee-related material, on an intranet.
  • Converting employee newsletters from paper to email, and using the intranet to deliver announcements and other news.
  • Digitizing forms, such as new hire paperwork, CAPEX requests, Facility Request, purchase orders, and expense reimbursement etc.
  • Print Management solution for scanning and archiving.

Initiative towards reduction in data centre devices, reduction in storage, decrease in TCO and increase in staff productivity.
