Attracts Over 1,000 Customers Less Than 30 Days Since Launch
Ruckus Wireless is all smiles as its recently launched CloudManager service for its Xclaim product line has moved from beta to full release. CloudManager for Xclaim already boasts over 1,000 customers of varying sizes worldwide who have signed up for the new, subscription-free cloud management service, with new subscribers joining at a rate of more than 30 a day.
The Xclaim product line and the accompanying CloudManager service is a comprehensive, entry-level enterprise WiFi solution from Ruckus Wireless. The Xclaim portfolio features disruptively priced, cloud managed indoor and outdoor business-class WiFi access points (APs). Xclaim access points are designed for organizations requiring a cost-effective yet reliable and powerful WiFi solution that bridges the gap between poor performing and featureless consumer-grade products, and more costly, high-end enterprise solutions that typically require dedicated in-house IT expertise.
“With the Xclaim product line, we’ve eliminated the complexity that most people associate with enterprise WiFi while still keeping the key features that enterprises consistently need. Combine this with great RF quality and a disruptive pricing model, which now includes free cloud management, and you get a perfect fit for businesses looking for a straightforward, high-performance enterprise WiFi solution.” said Biju Nair, vice president and GM of the Xclaim product line at Ruckus.
“We deployed Xclaim access points about six months ago and have been very happy with their performance—CloudManager has become the icing on the cake,” said Greg Harvey, IT director at Connected Data, an early adopter of the Xclaim product line.
Resellers of the Xclaim product line have been equally enthusiastic Ante Katavic, CEO of Smartnet, an IT solutions provider based in Croatia said “Xclaim access points allow us to offer very cost-effective and reliable WiFi solutions to our customers, and now CloudManager allows us to remotely configure, monitor and troubleshoot our customer networks from anywhere we can get access to a web browser. It’s fantastic, and our customers love the fact that there are no monthly or annual subscription fees.”
