Elitser Technologies has expanded to a 350-strong organisation across the GCC and India. Over a 20-year partnership with ManageEngine, the firm has transitioned from simple product implementation to strategic IT consultancy, serving more than 850 enterprise customers through complex digital transformations.

Elitser Technologies started when the technology landscape was simpler. The customer requirement was straightforward, and the solutions were easier to deploy and manage. The technology landscape today has transformed. Today, Enterprise IT runs across cloud and on-premise environments at the same time, and security is important for every conversation.

The problems they bring to a partner rarely map to a single product. Elitser has evolved to match this, it now employs more than 350 people, over 100 consultants with over 60 products. It has delivered more than 3,000 projects to over 850 enterprise customers across more than 20 industries, with a footprint covering the GCC, India and parts of Southeast Asia.

The shift from implementation to advice

The biggest change inside the business is where it now sits in a customer’s decision.

“As our experience and capabilities grew, we transitioned from being primarily focused on product implementation to becoming strategic advisors and solution partners for our customers,” Jignasu Rathod, CEO and Managing Director Elitser Technology says. “Our approach today is centred on understanding business challenges and delivering the right outcomes rather than simply deploying technology.”

That required a different kind of engineer, a different sales conversation, and a delivery organisation capable of holding a customer relationship over years rather than through a single project cycle.

“Over the years, we have developed strong technical competencies, established mature delivery and support practices, and built teams that are committed to continuous learning,” he says. “Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices remains an integral part of how we operate.”

The talent base is where Rathod sees the most durable advantage. “Developing experienced consultants, solution specialists, implementation teams and support professionals has allowed us to create a delivery model that is difficult to replicate. Our growth across the GCC, India, and parts of Southeast Asia also reflects the scalability of that model.”

What ManageEngine’s growth demanded of its partners

Elitser’s evolution has run alongside a portfolio that has expanded enormously.

“ManageEngine has shown remarkable agility in responding to changing market demands,” Rathod says. “By continuously listening to customer feedback, enhancing existing capabilities, and expanding its offerings, the portfolio has grown from a handful of core solutions to an extensive ecosystem of over 60 products that address a wide range of enterprise IT requirements.”

He identifies three technology shifts as the defining disruptions of the period. “Some of the biggest disruptions have been the shift towards hybrid and cloud environments, the growing need for unified IT operations, and the increasing adoption of automation and AI. These changes have redefined what organizations expect from their IT management platforms, driving the need for broader and more integrated solutions.”

External conditions have accelerated all three. “The rise of remote and hybrid work, increasing cybersecurity threats, regulatory compliance requirements, and rapid digital transformation initiatives have significantly influenced enterprise priorities across industries,” he says. A partner felt each of these in customer conversations long before any of it showed up on a product roadmap.

The relationship with the vendor changed accordingly. “Our responsibilities to technology partners have expanded. We contribute market intelligence, customer feedback, regional insights, implementation expertise, and go-to-market support,” Rathod says. “This transformation has positioned Elitser as a mature regional stakeholder capable of balancing customer expectations, vendor objectives, and long-term business outcomes.”

He expects that contribution to widen further. “With ManageEngine, I believe the best chapters of our partnership are still ahead of us. Beyond regional success, I see an opportunity for Elitser to contribute more meaningfully to the broader ManageEngine ecosystem by extending our expertise and supporting customer success across multiple geographies.”

The next 12 to 16 months

The forward plan stays solution-led. “We intend to combine consulting, implementation, integration, support and managed services across areas such as enterprise service management, unified endpoint management, identity and access management, cybersecurity, observability, analytics, and low-code platforms,” Rathod says.

Automation and AI sit inside that stack as enablers. “Automation will play a pivotal role in improving operational efficiency by reducing manual effort, streamlining workflows, and accelerating service delivery. At the same time, AI is redefining how enterprises make decisions, manage risks, and deliver superior user experiences.”

He is precise about what that means in practice. “We see AI not as a standalone technology, but as an enabler that enhances productivity, drives intelligent operations, and empowers organizations to make faster and better-informed decisions.”

Adoption is where the emphasis falls. “Our objective is to help customers adopt these technologies in a practical, scalable and governed manner, ensuring that innovation translates into tangible business value.” Governance appearing in a partner’s approach to AI, alongside scale and practicality, reflects where enterprise buyers in the region have arrived.

Working around the tough parts

The difficult periods were the ones that demanded the company move faster than the market around it.

“From economic downturns and the pandemic to shifting customer expectations and technological disruption, each phase demanded flexibility, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to customer success,” Rathod says. “Those challenges did not weaken the organization. Instead, they pushed us to improve our processes, strengthen our capabilities, and become more disciplined. In many cases, difficult market conditions ultimately deepened customer relationships and reinforced the strength of our partnerships.”

Looking out five years

For Rathod, the anniversary is a checkpoint against an original intention. “Twenty years ago, we started this journey with a shared belief in building something meaningful for our customers. Five years from now, I hope we can look back and say that we stayed true to that belief while continuing to evolve with the industry.”

The ambition is qualitative. “My vision for Elitser is not simply about growing bigger, it is about growing better. We have built strong domain expertise, a mature delivery ecosystem, and a proven track record that position us well for the next phase of growth. As we expand into new markets and welcome new customers, we will continue investing in our people and capabilities to deliver even greater value.”

Twenty years in, he puts it plainly: “We view ourselves not merely as a partner, but as a long-term stakeholder committed to customer success, continuous innovation, and the sustainable growth of the ecosystem we have helped build over the past two decades.”
