Globant, the global technology company has introduced Glob.AI, a new AI-native tech services model that aims to change how organisations access, purchase and deploy AI services. The model gives companies access to high-quality, enterprise level AI pods, which are service units run by AI agents, and supervised by humans.

Working as a single, online destination to find, deploy and consume the right AI Pod for any task across industries, the Glob.AI model brings AI-native velocity along with Globant’s expertise into the governance layer.

Glob.AI works to tested, secure, documented, built for enterprises. All the AI agents do the heavy lifting, while the experts supervise their outputs and guide every step. The model provides speed, rigour, quality and includes deterministic, repeatable, well-defined processes, supervised by end-to-end by experts.
The company press release stated that the model has optimized AI usage along with transparent pricing, where customers pay strictly for expert-validated outputs and or real-consumption. The hours, seats, retries or wasted cycles or even AI hallucinations aren’t not priced.

Martin Migoya, CEO and Co-founder Globant in a press released shared by the company said, “Glob.AI is our next step: the one-stop shop where our AI Pods live, each specialized by task and industry. Traditional AI adoption drives token consumption far beyond what efficient output requires, and the real cost is the wasted tokens plus the unstructured, manual supervision of AI. AI Pods introduce a smarter model, running the right AI through parallel agents, loops, workflows, and deterministic processes, representing the true state of the art of what AI can deliver today.”

The company stated Glob.AI is also 30% more productive than the typical engineer-and-AI approach. Globant also stated that the product has complete flexibility over which models, customers use and where they run along with complete governance and AI sovereignty. The client data is never used to train external models.

It also added that Glob.AI’s token consumption is completely traceable and compounds a client’s instituitional knowledge over time.

“AI is not just making the same projects faster, it is making thousands of projects viable that never were before,” said Guibert Englebienne, co-founder of Globant. “Until today, enterprises could not buy technology services this way: instantly, transparently, paying only for results. That is the shift Glob.AI delivers, and the strong demand for AI Pods shows enterprises are ready for it.”
