Teyseer Motors has selected SAP to implement an integrated digital platform. Using SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and a bespoke Dealer Business Management solution, the company will unify its pre-sales, sales, and after-sales operations. The move provides a foundation for AI-driven decision-making and regional expansion for brands including Suzuki, Peugeot, and GWM.

Part of the Teyseer Group, a diversified holding comprising 18 companies and approximately 4,500 employees, Teyseer Motors represents Suzuki, Peugeot/PGO, GWM, and Farizon commercial electric vehicles (EVs) in Qatar. The DBM solution on SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud will cover pre-sales (lead and opportunity management), sales (vehicle sales operations), and post-sales (service and spare parts management), consolidating these functions into a single environment that delivers real-time visibility and establishes a consistent operational foundation across all represented brands. Embedded AI and machine learning capabilities further support predictive insights and faster decision-making, with the platform selected with regional scalability in mind, providing a foundation Teyseer Motors intends to leverage as it expands beyond Qatar. Implementation will be delivered and customized by Intellisoft Software Services.

Mohammed Bin Khalifa Al-Mannai, Managing Director, Teyseer Motors, said: “This agreement with SAP marks a defining moment in Teyseer Motors’ growth. For more than five decades, we have been at the heart of Qatar’s automotive sector, and sustained leadership demands continuous investment in the right capabilities. SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud gives us an intelligent, integrated foundation connecting our entire operation, from the first customer interaction through to after-sales excellence. This is a strategic commitment to our customers, our people, and our ambitions for regional expansion.”

Teyseer Motors will benefit from SAP’s industry-specific expertise, gaining a solution purpose-built around automotive best practices and embedded within the platform rather than bolted on – designed to reduce complexity, reduce implementation risk, and deliver faster time-to-value. The scalable architecture of SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud further supports the company’s regional expansion ambitions, extending seamlessly as it grows beyond Qatar.

Alaa Jaber, Managing Director, Qatar & Fast Growth Markets, SAP commented: “At SAP, our deep industry expertise is what sets us apart. We engineer solutions with automotive best practices at their core, giving organizations like Teyseer Motors the ability to accelerate transformation and meaningfully reduce complexity and risk. Together with Intellisoft, we are building the digital core that will support end-to-end automotive operations, from supply chain and finance to customer experience and aftersales excellence.”
