250+ companies participate at ISNR 2026 across homeland, cyber security, critical infrastructure, surveillance

International Exhibition for National Security and Resilience, ISNR 2026, was staged from 19 to 21 May at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.

Under the patronage of Lieutenant General His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, the International Exhibition for National Security and Resilience, ISNR 2026, was staged from 19 to 21 May at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.

Held under the theme Securing Tomorrow Today, the 2026 edition was organised by ADNEC Group, a Modon company, in association with the Ministry of Interior and in strategic partnership with Abu Dhabi Police GHQ.

ISNR 2026 convened senior national security and cybersecurity officials, global buyers, and supply chain stakeholders from both the public and private sectors.

The exhibition spotlighted eight critical sectors, including homeland security, cybersecurity, commercial security, physical security, fire and safety, policing and law enforcement, critical infrastructure protection, and artificial intelligence and surveillance technologies.

This year’s edition achieved growth in scale and participation, with 253 exhibitors participating, a 19% increase compared to the 2024 edition.

National companies accounted for 60% of the exhibitors, showcasing strong domestic participation, while international companies made up the remaining 40%, highlighting the event’s growing prominence on the global stage.

Small and medium-sized enterprises accounted for 20% of the total exhibitors, further emphasising the event’s role in supporting emerging businesses.

The exhibition space expanded to 28,000+ square metres, marking a 17% growth compared to the previous edition.

ISNR 2026 hosted the inaugural AI Security Forum, a high-level, three-day strategic platform convening industry leaders, policymakers, technology providers, and AI experts.

The event introduced the Code Breaker Hackathon, a live competition where participants will engage in real-world cybersecurity scenarios, highlighting the role of digital defences as the first line of protection for modern infrastructure, and delivering practical insights into the evolving threats and breakthrough innovations across the cybersecurity domain.

ISNR 2026 also included the Cybersecurity Hub, held in collaboration with the UAE Cybersecurity Council, to provide a specialised platform to spotlight the latest technologies and solutions in cybersecurity and digital protection.

The hub will highlight the role of advanced technology in enhancing cyber resilience across government entities and critical sectors, as well as the UAE’s commitment to developing a robust and secure cybersecurity infrastructure.

The success of ISNR 2026 was made possible through the active support of several key partners and sponsors who are contributing their expertise and resources to elevate the event’s impact.

SHIELD by Prepaire

Prepaire Labs officially unveiled SHIELD, a real-time biological intelligence and response platform designed to help governments, healthcare systems, defence organisations, and humanitarian operators move from detection to response in real time.

The launch took place during ISNR Abu Dhabi 2026, marking the first commercial product release from Prepaire Labs and introducing a new category of operational biological infrastructure built for modern outbreak preparedness, response coordination, and sovereign health security.

The system can operate in cloud, hybrid, or fully sovereign on-premises environments through Shield Spark edge nodes, allowing governments and institutions to retain local control over sensitive data while participating in a federated intelligence network.

SHIELD is designed to support a broad range of operational environments, spanning national public health systems, hospitals and laboratory networks, military and civil defence organisations, humanitarian and NGO response operations, as well as critical infrastructure and remote field deployments. The platform also enables autonomous BSL-3 and BSL-4 laboratory operations, supporting high-containment environments where speed, coordination, and biological security are critical.

The platform integrates directly with Prepaire Labs’ wider biological infrastructure ecosystem, including GenetiQ Digital Twin systems, HAiLO AI-driven countermeasure workflows, Shield Sentinel pathogen sequencing kits, autonomous field laboratories and UAV logistics systems, as well as federated SPARK sovereign intelligence nodes.

The world has spent decades building systems that report outbreaks after the fact. SHIELD was built to reduce the time between signal detection and operational response. Biological preparedness will become one of the defining infrastructure challenges of the next decade. Faster intelligence, faster sequencing, and faster coordination are now essential capabilities. Platforms like SHIELD represent a major step toward integrated preparedness infrastructure.

The platform’s architecture allows hospitals and frontline facilities to participate in Shield’s preparedness network without requiring sensitive patient data to leave local environments.

Hospitals and NGOs can deploy Shield Core as a preparedness layer while selectively activating advanced capabilities such as Digital Twins, pharmacogenomic analysis, pathogen sequencing, and HAiLO-driven therapeutic workflows.

Prepaire Labs also announced a humanitarian access framework for qualified NGOs and outbreak response organisations, allowing approved field operators to use Shield in resource-limited environments while contributing governed pathogen and epidemiological intelligence back into the network.

The company stated that the long-term objective is to create a globally distributed biological intelligence infrastructure capable of improving outbreak readiness, accelerating therapeutic development, and reducing response latency during future biological emergencies.

SHIELD is now available for sovereign, enterprise, hospital, and humanitarian deployment

Shield is a continuous intelligence layer. Not a dashboard, not a report, an environment where signals are detected, interpreted, and acted on in real time. Every system begins with awareness. Shield continuously ingests signals from labs, sensors, environments, and populations. Nothing exists in isolation. Raw data is not intelligence. Interpretation is. Powered by HAiLO, Shield transforms continuous inputs into clear, actionable understanding.

HAiLO identifies non-obvious correlations across biological, chemical, and environmental domains. It surfaces escalation indicators before they enter conventional awareness. Predictive modelling surfaces what matters before it becomes urgent. Every pattern is given probability weights, timelines, and impact assessments.

Intelligence is only valuable if it leads to action. Each insight is translated into ranked, context-aware recommendations for operators. The system learns from each response, refining its models through federated learning while maintaining data sovereignty at the edge.

Shield moves from insight to action, identifying targets, proposing therapeutic pathways, generating countermeasures, or surfacing validated interventions already available.

Execution is where intelligence proves itself. Shield coordinates response across systems, from mission planning and logistics to lab integration and deployment. Objectives are translated into coordinated action plans with resource allocation, timing, and fallback protocols.

Six archetypes enter through different doors. Hospitals begin with Core and Twin Keys, NGOs through Humanitarian Access, SMEs through Shield Watch, ministries and defence through Enterprise tiers.

Each path expands through Spark nodes, Sentinel sequencing, BSL labs, and sovereign integrations as operational needs mature.
