Microsoft has announced that registration has opened for the 2020 edition of its Microsoft Ignite The Tour conference, with the Dubai stop scheduled for 10 and 11 February at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Attendees will be able to choose their own learning paths in various tech innovations that can help change the tide and make positive impact for the future tech minds. They will also gain practical insights into the future of Cloud, data, IoT and Artificial intelligence technologies and have an opportunity to schedule meetups with Microsoft engineers, regional developers and entrepreneurs.

The event proved to be a hit with the region’s developers when it last hit UAE shores last year where delegates gained access to the guidance of top industry experts, who walked them through the latest in cloud technologies and developer tools. February’s event is expected be similarly received and Microsoft urged prospective attendees to register quickly, to avoid disappointment.

Microsoft Ignite The Tour is a golden opportunity for developers to connect with their regional peers and walk away with practical insights into the latest techniques and best practices, as well as a picture of the future of cloud development, data, IT and business intelligence,” said Sayed Hashish, General Manager, Microsoft UAE. “Microsoft’s mission is to empower every individual and organisation on the planet to achieve more, and we are firm believers in addressing skills gaps by applying a strategy of lifelong learning. During the event, technology professionals get to hone, tweak and extend their skillsets through exposure to the very latest developments in their field.”

“After two days at Microsoft Ignite The Tour, developers will return to their workplace energised and more able than ever before to introduce innovation into their organisations,” said Sayed. “Having deepened and broadened their skillsets, they can set to work engaging customers, empowering their fellow employees, optimising operations and reinventing products and services.”
