The Global CIO Forum successfully concluded the World CIO 200 Summit 2025 – India (Hyderabad) Edition, held on May 9, 2025, at the prestigious Radisson Blu Plaza, Banjara Hills. This landmark event brought together over 200 of India’s most influential CIOs, technology leaders, policymakers, and innovators to explore the future of enterprise IT leadership, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
The summit opened with a warm Welcome Keynote from Ms. Anushree Dixit, Chief Strategy Officer, GEC, highlighting the forum’s vision to empower CIOs in their evolving roles as business strategists and technology enablers.
A distinguished VIP Keynote was delivered by Shri Arvind Dharmapuri Ji, Honourable Member of Parliament (Nizamabad, Telangana), who offered compelling insights into the intersection of government policy, global collaboration, and the nation’s digital trajectory.

- Mohit Patle, Sr. Director & India Business Head, Freshworks, in his keynote “Less Hassle, More Hustle,” showcased how AI tools can streamline workflows and enhance employee efficiency.
- Gaurav Duggal, Senior VP, Jio Platforms Limited, explored “When Generative AI Meets the Metaverse,” presenting a vision for immersive, intelligent digital futures.
Two high-impact panel discussions featured a diverse lineup of industry experts:
- “The Next Decade of IT Leadership”, moderated by Indranil Chatterjee (Sandoz Pvt Ltd), examined how future CIOs can balance innovation, risk, and measurable business outcomes. Panelists included Neha Sivaprakasam, Krishan Nidumolu, Srilakshmi Kodali, and Kesana Srinivasa Rao.
- “Key Technologies Driving CIO Priorities”, moderated by Tushar Zade (Aurigene Pharmaceuticals), highlighted AI, cloud, and automation trends, with contributions from Vishal Sisodiya, Harvinder Gill, Gulbahar Singh, and Yogendra Yadav.
