World CIO 200 Summit 2026 ASEAN and Greater China edition brings leaders together in Singapore

The World CIO 200 Summit 2026 – ASEAN and Greater China Edition brought together technology leaders, CIOs, innovators, and industry experts on 7 August 2026 at Wyndham, Singapore, for a day of meaningful conversations around collaboration, knowledge sharing, responsible innovation, and human-centric digital transformation.

The regional edition provided a platform for technology leaders across ASEAN and Greater China to exchange insights, build stronger connections, and explore how technology and collective leadership can shape a more intelligent, connected, and resilient digital future.

The summit opened with a welcome note from GCF Singapore, setting the tone for a day focused on community, collaboration, and shared progress.

The keynote, “The Collaborative CIO – Powering Cross-Industry Tech Alliances,” highlighted the growing importance of collaboration in an interconnected technology landscape. Frankie Shuai, Vice President of Information Security, Bitdeer, explored how collective intelligence and cross-industry alliances can help organisations unlock greater value from technology.

The partner session, “Building trusted tech partnerships in a hyper-connected economy,” was delivered by Rajeev Dutt, Managing Director MEA & APAC, Swiss GRC, highlighting the role of trust, alignment, and strategic partnerships in enabling sustainable digital transformation.

The Power Panel, “From Competition to Co-Creation: Why CIO Communities Win Faster,” examined how CIO communities can accelerate innovation through partnerships, shared innovation initiatives, and stronger vendor alignment.

The session explored enterprise AI, analytics maturity, data sovereignty, and the importance of responsible intelligence as organisations move towards increasingly AI-driven operating models.

The leadership discussion, “The Next-Generation CIO – Bridging Technology, Innovation, and Business Impact,”examined how technology leaders can bridge innovation with measurable business outcomes.

The Human pillar placed people, leadership, and lasting impact at the centre of the digital transformation conversation.

The panel, “Human-Centric Digital Transformation – Empowering People Through Technology,” explored how organisations can use technology to empower their workforce while creating meaningful and sustainable business impact.
